• Plastic worm fitted with a glass head will lure an inactive bass

• Basic jig colors like blackish blue or brownish black should only be used  

• Spinners, especially black spinner blade should be used to lure bass in crystal clear waters for it will cut down on the flash

• Any kind of lure will attract the bass in normal waters

• Grubs, fish, frogs, lizards, crawfish, plastic worms, tube jigs should be used as baits in the afternoon.

• Spinner baits and buzz baits are excellent options for the morning

• During mid day spinner baits and crank baits will lure the bass from deep waters
